Abstract
Laying chicken farm is one of the most important industries in meeting the economic needs of the community, this is due to the high public awareness to meet the nutritional needs of chicken eggs. as an ingredient in making food. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of laying hens farm waste as an effort to prevent environmental pollution and to find out the obstacles and solutions for preventing environmental pollution caused by laying hens farm waste. The research that will be conducted is Empirical Law research. Which is a research that focuses on social facts and is carried out directly to respondents and sources to obtain primary data supported by secondary data. According to Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, the management of laying hens farm waste PT. Harvest Pulus Papua has been done well, but not optimally.
