Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia is well established, as evidenced by the number of corruption cases uncovered and lead investigator of financial disadvantage and the state economy, and hinder national development. However, to the success of the implementation of the law not marked with the number of criminal cases in court, but that is determined by the answers to the questions that should be that the decision of the case has generally completed so far. Prevention and eradication of corruption in Indonesia continues efforts to be developed by issuing a variety of products related to legislation against corruption, collusion, and nepotism eradication efforts. Law No. 31 Year 1999 Jo Law No. 20 of 2001 shows that the government's seriousness in the effort to eradicate and control of corruption. Although the practice in the field does not guarantee the effectiveness of its implementation, and in practice can not reach the people who have certain special powers. However, this has added value in the prevention of corruption. Assessment and further research on comparative studies in the form of legal writing under the title "Coordination between the Corruption Eradication Commission investigators with other agencies in the criminal acts of corruption", how to answer the normative role of the Commission, the Attorney General and the Police in the prevention of corruption?, and How to compare (similarities and differences) the authority of the Commission's role, prosecutors and police in the prevention of corruption?. The method of this research approach is a normative approach, namely the legal research conducted by researching library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials examined and the conclusions drawn in relation to the matters under investigation
