Abstract
This law writing is have a title law protection towards woman in the field of citizenship follows to Act No. 12 Tahun 2006. This watchfulness aim detects to what existence Act No. 12 Tahun 2006 true give law protection guarantee towards woman than act No.62 Tahun 1958 in special province Yogyakarta.This watchfulness hasdescriptive analytical, where is researcher try to look for data as according to watchfulness object then data gathered analyzed by using approach juridical normative. Based on watchfulness result that done can be taken conclusion that Act No. 12 Tahun 2006 true give law protection towards woman this matter child citizenship as according to what determined in rile cinvention CEDAW that declare that discrimination towards human must be abolished because disagree with human right.
