Abstract

Environmental problem, of course, is a very important thing. It should be a concern of society member because it influences the preservation of our environment functions. Many people have not realized the importance of that. It is bad for the environment and causes pollution and environmental destruction. Community participation in this case, restaurant business actors, is of course expected to have an ability to manage the environment better. As for the things that must be done by people, in this case, restaurant business actors in order to prevent pollution and environmental destruction, among other things: 1) begin with the initial planning of a business or restaurant development activities that have been estimated to contain a significant impact on the environment so that can be taken into consideration whether the plan can support the preservation of life; 2) provide facilities, especially in the restaurant environment in order to facilitate the implementation of the preservation of the environment, especially in the restaurant environment.
