Abstract

Trading electronic systems is important to support human life, the function of trading electronic systems is to make it easier for people to buy their goods without having to leave the house. The formulation of the problem in this Legal Writing is how is the trading mechanism carried out by New Naureen Betta Aquatic declared legal? And what are the juridical consequences of buying and selling ornamental fish not with quarantine procedures on the position of the seller and buyer? This research uses empirical methods. The purpose of this study is to help sellers of ornamental fish, especially cupang fish and cichlid fish who want to market sales throughout Indonesia by knowing the correct and good procedures for sending ornamental fish, namely by using quarantine. Based on the results of the study in connection with ornamental fish including objects under supervision, the trade conducted by New Naureen Betta aquatic can be declared legal because it has obtained a license from the Fish Quarantine and Quality Control Agency (BKIPM) and in connection with ornamental fish is goods under supervision, business actors who do not take care of licensing and procedures in the trade of ornamental fish through electronic systems can be classified as a criminal offense.
