Abstract

The title of this study is giving land owner certificate (in term of selling and buying) in giving law reinforcement and law protection according to the government rule No 24, 1997 in Banggai, the province of Central Sulawesi. This study aimed to know and discuss that whether the law of giving land owner certificate has given law reinforcement or law protection according to the government rule No. 24, 1997 in Banggai, the province of Central Sulawesi. This study was an empirical law research. Empirical law research is the research that the subject are the respondents and sources. It is descriptive in which it describes the objects or problems by collected detail data as much as possible about its condition and other symptoms. The primary data are data that collected directly from the respondents and research findings, and other law opinions regarding this study.
