Abstract

This research entitled Juridical Analysis of Standard Clause Making from BRI Abdulrahmansaleh Branch with new customers from the perspective of Agreement Law using empirical methods with research locations in Semarang City, Central Java Province. This research was made against the background of the large number of Bank BRI’s customers who were harmed by the existence of a standard clause in the agreement to create a new customer account at Bank BRI Abdulrahmansaleh Branch, Semarang City. The standard agreement is analyzed using the Civil Code and data obtained using the interview method. The conclusion of this study is that the standard clause in the new customer agreement is still detrimental to the customer even though the standard agreement is legally allowed.
