Abstract
Land is a very basic human need. Human life takes place on the ground, so the land becomes a very important part of a country. Soil serves as a place for humans to live their lives, and also a place for humans to collect food and necessities of life. The demand for land from day to day continues to increase along with the increase in population and so does the progress of development in all fields including agriculture to support the needs of clothing and food for all Indonesian people, especially people in the Sanden sub-district. This thesis is entitled 'Implementation of Agricultural Land Production Sharing Agreements in Sanden District' The data sources in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents and interviewers. The secondary data consists of legal materials and positive legal No rms. Act. Number 2 of 1960 contains provisions regarding the definition, main points, profit sharing agreement, term of the agreement, profit sharing agreement, rights and obligations of both parties as well as other provisions of the profit sharing agreement. to a rental scheme or paying farm laborers, and land owners in managing their fields because they want to enjoy the results gradually and do No t want to be directly involved in managing the fields. Profit sharing agreements in the Sanden District are generally made orally, based on trust, without witnesses, No t registered with the Village Head and No t ratified by the Camat. The term is No t clearly defined. The profit sharing balance is determined from the first time the agreement is made.
