Abstract

The establishment of coastal border buildings on the coast of Gunungkidul Regency based on Peraturan Daerah Gunungkidul Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul Tahun 2010-2030 disturbs the ecosystem of the coastal area. Therefore, this study aims to determine law enforcement on the establishment of coastal border buildings based on Peraturan Daerah Gunungkidul Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul Tahun 2010-2030. The type of research used is the type of empirical research. Empirical legal research is a legal research which focuses on social facts in the field. This study obtained data directly from sources or respondents appointed by the author in order to fulfill primary data. The enforcement of Peraturan Daerah Gunungkidul Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul Tahun 2010-2030 can be carried out to the maximum, public awareness of the existing rules, the lack of humanitarian factors that form the basis for the enforcement of regional regulations because it eliminates people's livelihoods environment will have an impact on poverty
