Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid development and is always expected to be higher, because technological developments are quite fast, of course, so that a rule is needed to uphold legal certainty for the parties involved in this technology-based investment activity, The legal issue raised is Stockbit liability of PT Stockbit Sekuritas Digital in the losses from investors during the implementation of sudden system maintenance.
