Abstract

Global crisis in the world is give impact in Indonesia. This crisis is give a big impact in industry sector in indonesia. That is the reason if many company think the alternatif solution for cut the production cost, one the example is with outsourcing. With outsourcing the company can consentration with their prime job because that the production is will be better than before. This is because outscourcing is only not in the prime work but just in the side job. For the example is security, cleaning service, and office boy. But outsourcing is have problems, there for is many problems. The problems is interrelated with the labourage, right for furlough, safety for work. The government should be participate for protection the worker rigths. But until now the government is did not have a big participate in this problems so the company just use the rules that government made. The rules is cofigure outsourcing for general, for specifically government is did not make. Breach of worker rights is hapent in Bantul. Because of this problems the theme is government participate for protection the rights of outsourcing worker. For outosourcing government protection the worker, is government supervise the company license with the placement for the worker. Government is give protection with founding for the job seeker or the worker. But the government participation is less. That is because the government is just wait for the report from the company. Will be better is government regency fo bantul if they make regulation teritority. This regulation tough just be valid only this district but tji regulation is can give protection the worker rigths.
