Abstract
Fulfillment of civil children rights in marriage is basic right that have to given by their parents. To get the law validity and law protection so the legally marriage should be suitable with the marriage regulation number law 1 Year 1974. Therefore the child automatically gets a law guarantee and a law certainty. It also strength by children protection regulation number law 23 Year 2002 that are children right are part of human right that should be guarantee, protected, and fulfilled by parents, family, government and country. In regulation number law 23 Year 2002 mention the rights of children are: right to live, grow, participated naturally based on rate and human values, and get protection from violence and discrimination and children also have right for a name as the self identity and also status of citizenship.
