Abstract

As the law enforcer that had the position and role as the government agency in the demanding field. The Republic of Indonesia attorney general's office carries out demanding power that upholds the authority composition of law and order. To be able to get information and data that were linked with object that has researched as well as gave the concept and the writer's knowledge in order to writes the law thesis. Also it gives benefits and develops writer’s legal knowledge globally especially the existence of the connection with Contempt of Court. As well as in the realization of the better judicature in Indonesia and held legal supremacy in high esteem. This research is using normative legal research as the writing method of the law. The Litigant as the Public Prosecutor is carried out the action of Contempt of Court and related to sanctions. The preventive attitude and attorney general's office efforts in giving sanctions on the Litigants who acted as the Public Prosecutor who carried out the action of Contempt of Court in the advocate. Suggested that as the upholder of the Public Prosecutor's law did not carry out the action of Contempt of Court and maintained the authority of the court with the current code of ethics.
