Abstract
This thesis title is "Restorative Justice and Legal Politics in settlement of Serious Human Rights Violations in the Incidents of 1965-1966". This thesis aims to determine whether the Theory of Restorative Justice and Legal Politics can use in solving gross human rights violations in Indonesia to provide justice for victims of the 1965-1966 incident. The research used in this paper is normative. Normative research is research that focuses on legislation. The results of this study indicate that Restorative Justice and Legal Politics can use to resolve the Grave Violations of Human Rights in the 1965-1966 Incidents by remaking the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Law
