Abstract

Many employment terminations during the Covid-19 pandemic made the author want to know about fulfilling the rights of workers affected by the termination of employment during the Covid-19 pandemic after the work copyright law came into effect. The research uses a normative method, namely an approach to the problem regarding the applicable laws and regulations, especially regarding employment— data collection techniques through library research, namely collecting primary and secondary legal materials. The study results a show that based on the two decisions reviewed by the authors, there is still one decision that still needs to fulfill the rights of workers affected by the termination of employment. The author suggests that judges, in deciding cases, should be guided by the legal principles and applicable laws and regulations so as not to harm workers and so that the rights of workers affected by the termination of employment are fulfilled
