Abstract

The existence of the covid-19 pandemic is an event that can become the basis for overmacht in a credit union savings and loan agreement. This study aims to determine the efforts to resolve the parties in the credit agreement at the Cindelaras Tumangkar Credit Union during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses empirical legal research methods, namely legal research with the aim of studying and analyzing the operation of law in society, which is manifested in the legal behavior of society. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that efforts to settle the parties in the credit agreement at the Cindelaras Tumangkar Credit Union during the covid-19 pandemic were carried out based on the agreement of the parties. The agreement is in the form of negotiations between the debtor and the creditor for the reschedule to be implemented which is carried out by being given a re-agreement, namely making a Credit Agreement Letter that aims to renew the loan.
