Abstract

Children who are in a state of legal handling of narcotics cases will receive proper legal enforcement and guidance. This refers to the role and authority of the National Narcotics Agency for the Special Region of Yogyakarta in handling cases that affect children and how to provide proper guidance. BNNP DIY has used proper handling and guidance according to the regulations in force and also continues to uphold applicable law by including elements such as fairness, certainty and expediency. This is useful for the social life of children and a better future. This research was conducted using empirical juridical research methods or it can also be called sociological research or field research, which examines the applicable legal provisions that have occurred in human life. This research was conducted in order to find out and find the facts and data needed.
