Abstract
The problem in legal research (thesis) is that there is an inaccuracy of the judge in compiling legal considerations, which has implications for the acquittal of the accused from indictment. This research aims to find the judge's inaccuracies in imposing consideration for the acquittal of rape criminal offense committed by a child and provide a prescription for the judgment that should be made. The research was written using normative law research methods with a case approach, focuses on the judge's considerations in deciding cases of rape committed by children. This research shows that the judge is imprecise in formulating considerations and sentencing the judgment in Decision No.1/JN.Anak/2022/MS.Bpd.
