Abstract

The Writing Of “Legal Aspects of The Protection of The Tambakboyo Reservation Area From Tourism Activities in The Tambakboyo Area Sleman”. Came from writer’s concern of the implementation as the background. The implementation of the conservation area that is not in accordance with what it should be. And regarding regulation and management it has not been implemented in accordance with applicable policies. Regarding the legal aspect, the author here still feels that it is not being enforced properly. So with this in mind, the author wants to discuss how the regulation and management of the Tambakboyo Embung Conservation Area in tourism activities. As well as the obstacles from the management to the solutions that will be offered by the parties involved in it. Because the purpose of conducting this research is to find out what the regulation and management of the Tambakboyo Pond Conservation Area should be like and the obstacles and obstacles in its implementation so as to get solutions to these obstacles and obstacles. This research was carried out using the Empirical Research method which resulted that the regulations that apply are only a policy from the Serayu Opak River Basin Center and routine checking of water Ph levels as a form of water conservation in the Tambakboyo Embung Conservation Area.
