Abstract

This Final Project Report is research conducted in several studies on the design of buildings, roads, water structures, and project management planning. The reports that have been carried out consist of: Building Design Reports, Road Designs, Water Building Designs, and Cost and Time Planning Reports. The writing of this Final Project is carried out as a graduation requirement in completing the study program at Atma Jaya University, Yogyakarta. Building Design is a course that focuses on designing buildings using SNI standards. The design of this building refers to SNI 1721:2019 as a reference for loading analysis, SNI 1726:2019 as a reference for building resistance to earthquakes, SNI 2847:2019 as a reference for designing concrete structures. This design uses a special moment resisting dual system structure or SRPMK. In this course, students are expected to be able to design buildings that are safe and comfortable with SNI standards. Road Design is one of the courses that focuses on highway design. This road design uses horizontal and vertical alignment. The basic theory of these sections of the road is regulated according to Government regulation no. 34 of 2006, while the function of the hierarchy and road class is regulated in Law no. 38 of 2006 and PP No. 34 of 2006 concerning roads. This road design will calculate road bends, namely spiral-spiral and spiral-circle-spiral bends. In taking this course, students are expected to be able to design roads that are safe and comfortable for the community. Water Building Design is a course that focuses on the design of water structures, and the design of water structures discussed in this report, specifically weir buildings. Weir is a water structure with its equipment that is built across a river or a drain that is intentionally made to raise the water level, so that water can be tapped and flowed by gravity to where it needs it to develop and utilize the potential of land and rainwater sources in the area. The review dam in this report is the Bangeran dam. Cost and Time Planning is a course that focuses on planning the calculation of the project cost budget and time management of a project. In this cost and time planning report, the FIAI Building project at the Islamic University of Indonesia is located in Yogyakarta and uses the Yogyakarta regional unit price which will be recalculated using the regional unit price in the Padang area, West Sumatra. This course expects students to be able to calculate project cost recapitulation and project work time management.
