Abstract

That every business actor who trades is obliged to state the price of goods or tariffs clearly, easily read and easily seen. The fact is that Padang food stalls in Caturtunggal Village still don't mention prices. The author took the problem formulation, namely how to implement the inclusion of food prices by Padang food stall business actors in Caturtunggal Village, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province and what are the reasons for business actors not including food prices.This type of research is empirical legal research.The research results show that there are still many business actors who have not fulfilled the right to price information to consumers, which means that business actors have not fully carried out their obligations to provide price information to consumers for various reasons, such as having a habit of not including prices. Consumers accept the situation of not fulfilling their right to price information by Padang food stall businesses in Caturtunggal Village. The application of the principle of good faith in a food sale and purchase agreement at Padang food stalls in Caturtunggal Subdistrict is still violated, because business actors do not include price/tariff information for their merchandise so that consumers sometimes experience anxiety after eating what the business actor serves. The reason why business actors do not include varied price information is that it has become a habit not to include prices, prices of basic ingredients and because the menu list is damaged.
