Abstract

All business actors are required to have a Certificate of Environmental Management (SPPL), for example a motorized repair shop business, but in practice there are still motorized repair shop business actors who do not have an SPPL. So the author raised the title "Statement of Environmental Management (SPPL) by Motorized Vehicle Workshop Business as an Effort to Prevent Environmental Pollution in Kapanewon Depok, Sleman". The formulation of the problem is how to implement SPPL by motorized vehicle repair shops as an effort to prevent environmental pollution in Depok, Sleman and what are the obstacles and obstacles in implementing SPPL by motorized repair shop businesses as an effort to prevent environmental pollution in Kapenewon Depok, Sleman and what are the solutions . The author uses empirical legal research methods. Based on the results of the study, the authors concluded that first, the SPPL by the perpetrators of the motor vehicle repair shop in Kapanewon, Depok, Sleman has not gone well and maximally because there are still motorized vehicle repair businesses in Kapanewon, Depok, which do not yet have an SPPL. Second, the Yogyakarta City Environmental Service still lacks a budget to conduct outreach or outreach to all motorized vehicle repair shop business actors in Kapanewon, Depok. Furthermore, from the motor vehicle repair shop business actor in Kapanewon Depok who does not yet have an IMB because the place is still rented out, this makes the business actor does not meet the requirements to register for SPPL
