Abstract
It is undeniable that cases of sexual violence against children continue to increase from year to year. Not only ordinary children, even children with disabilities also become victims of this dishonorable action. In this case, the role of the closest people such as family and the state is very important in protecting the children with disabilities. The provision of legal protection for persons with disabilities often has to be increased considering the two times greater vulnerability they experience as victims. This thesis will discuss how legal protection can be given to children with disabilities with using the normative reseacrh method by studying the data that obtained during library research.
