Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Implementation Of Compensation In Toll Road Construction In Tegal District. aims to determine any activity to acquire land by providing compensation for those who release or surrender it land, buildings, plants and objects related to land. The government builds Toll Roads in Tegal Regency to improve infrastructure and community development facilities, precisely in Adiwerna District, Adiwerna Village and Dukuhturi District, Sidakaton Village, Tegal Regency. The 57.5 kilometer Pejagan-Pemalang Toll Road is also included in one of the priorities in development, such as in the Regional Regulation of Central Java Province Number 6 of 2010 regarding spatial planning in the province of Central Java in 2009-2029. From the research obtained, in the implementation of land acquisition and compensation there were several obstacles in it but these have been overcome so that development can run well but can become a reference for the government in the future in the mechanism of compensation in subsequent policies
