Abstract
This legal writing discusses the Supervision with the APOA Application (Foreigner Reporting Application) Against Foreign Citizens who enter the State of Indonesia through the Visit Visa mechanism in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The problem under study is related to the supervision of foreign nationals carried out by the Class I Immigration Office TPI Yogyakarta. The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out the arrangements for supervising foreign nationals using visit visas and the obstacles faced by Yogyakarta immigration authorities in the process of supervising foreign nationals using visit visas. Writing this law uses the normative writing method, which is a process to find a rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines to answer the legal issues at hand. The research results obtained are that basically the arrangements regarding Immigration have been comprehensively regulated but the Immigration Class I TPI Yogyakarta experiences obstacles in the supervision process, namely the limitations of the Immigration office's human resources in supervising one province. In the supervision of foreigners, the TPI Yogyakarta Class I immigration office basically uses the APOA (Foreigner Reporting Application) application. However, at this time the application cannot be downloaded because the Directorate General of Immigration is carrying out a long repair process and there is no information about when this APOA repair will be completed.
