Abstract
ABSTRACT The problem that is the subject of study in this thesis is the position of artificial intelligence in criminal law and forms of criminal responsibility. The purpose of this study is to determine the position of artificial intelligence in criminal law and formulate the concept of artificial intelligence accountability in the future. The research method used in this thesis is normative with a conceptual approach. The results of this study show that artificial intelligence has the potential to be a new legal subject in criminal law in addition to people and corporations. The concept of criminal liability for artificial intelligence can adopt from substitute liability in corporate liability, namely responsibility for criminal acts committed by artificial intelligence can be imposed on the creator or user of artificial intelligence.
