Abstract

This thesis deals with the legal aspects of the protection of the environment due to the garbage in Bunaken Marine Tourist Attraction. Waste management referred to in this paper are related to the source of waste, waste management infrastructure, waste retrieval activity until the process of destruction of garbage that became a problem for the life of the citizens of a Bunaken Marine Tourist Attraction. The research method used is the method of empirical legal research. Where research is done directly to the respondents in Bunaken for obtaining primary data as the primary data in addition to secondary data as supporting data. Waste management shows the Government's efforts to minimize the volume of waste is always growing. Through this research can be known that besides the Government, support the community in the implementation of waste management is very influential towards the success of the cleanliness of the city.
