Abstract

The title of my legal writing is Provision of Green Open Space based on Regional Regulation of the City of Denpasar Number 27 of 2011 in the City of Denpasar. What is meant by "provision" is a systematic and planned action taken to achieve the desired goal. All efforts to provide plans that have been prepared in the past, as well as efforts to make strategic decisions and determine how the objectives to be achieved will be achieved, included in this implementation. In other words, the terms “implementation” and “application” refer to the same thing. Embodiment, also known as "implementation", refers to the broad concept of activities that alternate between goals and efforts to achieve goals through an efficient and effective bureaucracy. Denpasar City Law Number 27 of 2011 does not rule out the possibility of development violations in these protected areas, although it still maintains the existence and original function of green open spaces to create an optimal balance in the sustainable development of a city. Denpasar City's green open space is influenced by the following factors: Supporting factors such as Regional Regulation Number Concerning Denpasar City Spatial Planning, Law Number 27 of 2011 as the supporting legal basis regarding spatial planning, Law Number 26 of 2011.
