Abstract

Even though there are Government Regulations that regulate the distribution, supervision, and licensing of the distribution of alcoholic drinks in Indonesia, in reality there is still a lot of illegal trade in alcoholic drinks. The problem in this research is what the alcoholic beverage licensing procedures are in the City of Yogyakarta and what efforts the Yogyakarta City government has made to optimize alcoholic beverage licensing for business actors in the City of Yogyakarta. This research is normative legal research, so the data obtained through literature research and the conclusion of this writing are the Licensing Procedures for Trading Alcoholic Drinks in the City of Yogyakarta in accordance with applicable regulations, namely Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing. The form of the Yogyakarta City government's efforts to optimize alcoholic beverage licensing is actually the One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) carried out through the form of Supervision, Control, and Reporting of perpetrators selling alcoholic beverages.
