Abstract
The purpose of writing a law with the title: Overcoming Water Pollution in the Tukad Badung River, Fishing Park Due to Plastic Waste in South Denpasar District, Denpasar City. So that the author knows how to deal with plastic waste pollution in the Tukad Badung River, Taman Pancing, Denpasar City and what are the obstacles in dealing with plastic waste pollution in the Tukad Badung River, Taman Pancing, Denpasar City. This type of research in legal writing is empirical legal research by making direct observations at the Taman Pancing Tukad Badung River and linking problems that occur in the field with normative regulations. In writing this law, primary data is used consisting of a number of direct interviews with resource persons who are experts in their fields, consisting of the Technical Head of Water Resources at the Denpasar Bali Public Works and Spatial Planning Service, Staff of the Bali-Penida River Area and Staff at the Perbekel Office The Pemogan Traditional Village, Denpasar, Bali, also used respondents, namely the community around the Taman Pancing River. The research location is in Pemogan Village, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali. The results of the research indicate that the prevention of water pollution in the Tukad Badung Taman Pancing River is by providing a boundary fence and carrying out regular river cleaning and experiencing obstacles in dealing with river water pollution due to a lack of awareness from the surrounding community and the community's ignorance of environmental aspects.
