Abstract
The title of the legal writing is control of Ijo Gading river water pollution caused by household waste in Jembrana District, Jembrana Regency, Bali. The purpose of legal writing is to find out how the implementation of river water pollution control due to household waste and the obstacles faced in the implementation of river water pollution control due to household waste. The conclusion of this study is that river water pollution control is in accordance with the law through innovative programs but not yet optimal, but the obstacles to the implementation of pollution control come from the attitude of people who lack environmental awareness by disposing of household waste directly into the river.
