Abstract

First-time land registration is a very important matter where land registration will secure land rights and avoid disputes. Land registration is regulated in government regulation No. 24 of 1997. Where the subject of this problem is the implementation of sporadic land registration based on inherited land in Blora regency, with the aim of knowing the implementation of sporadic first-time land registration on inherited land. This writing uses empirical legal research methods where in the implementation of sporadic land registration it is necessary to fulfill all the requirements and blanks that must be filled so that the first-time land registration can be processed by the national land agency in Blora regency. As well as the results of the implementation of sporadic land registration originating from inherited land in Blora regency has been running with existing procedures where in terms of obstacles that are still encountered are related to document forgery which in this case is beyond the control of the national land agency and it returns to public awareness.
