Abstract

This thesis entitled Treatment and Obstacles Against Child As Performer Crime Tribunal Process.This research aims to understand the guarantee legal protection to children as perpetrators of crime in the judicial process. writing method used is descriptive normative research analysts, this research illustrates the legislation that applies the theories associated with the practice of law and positive law enforcement issues concerning how the legal protection of children. conclusions of this study is in all stages of the judicial process, a child received special treatment that sets it apart from the judicial process for adults. The special treatment contained in the Children Act (Act No. 3 Year 1997). The special treatment, among others, the officers did not wear uniforms but wore the official, the atmosphere of questioning is done amicably, the hearing conducted in private and other. he best form of punishment for children as perpetrators of criminal acts is to give treatment to the child are not violated his rights.
