Abstract

Education is one attempt of each nation to improve the quality of human resources that help facilitate the implementation of national development of Indonesia. This educational effort aimed at developing creativity, taste, and wills that exist so that every man is expected to face challenges in accordance with the demands for changes in local, national, and global life. Nowadays lots of Indonesian citizen who can not get education, although education is the right of every citizen. The majority of Indonesian citizens who can not obtain the education are childrens. Factors that cause the kids can not get education are poverty, increasingly expensive cost of education, laziness, and the state of the child who has felt "comfortable" with their work so they prefer the work of the study. Implementation Act of the National Education System is expected to combat school dropouts, especially in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
