Abstract
Cyber crime is one of the latest crimes in the world and including the one in Indonesia. There are clear differences between cyber crime with crime in general. The fundamental difference is due to the crime of cyber crime is a crime using sophisticated technological advances such as computers and the internet network. Indonesian positive law has recently just set up set about this crime. This is indicated by the act number 11year of 2008. One of the crime of cyber crime that is really troubling is the cyber pornography. The spread of cyber pornography on the internet is not a simple problem, this is because the Internet is a medium that special and very effective. As is known, cyber crime pornography in Indonesia through porn sites, and includes a forum site or a static site. This is because the characteristics of cyber pornograhy itself is influenced by technology, business and society. Of course, the spread of cyber pornography in Indonesia is a truly troubling given that porn sites can be easily accessed by all layers of society even small children. General criminal act of Indonesia which is criminal code actually has set about pornography, although not explicitly, but the in the form of decency. But as it is known that the Criminal Code is not designed to address cyber crime pornography, other than that which is still the problem is the interpretation of decency itself. Seeing this fact, the existence of criminal laws governing cyber pornography needs to be reconsidered substance and enforcement processes in order to know what is the legal rules that can be used, what steps can be done to tackle cyber pornograhy to be applied entirely by law enforcement agencies which of course all these things that affect the enforcement of laws against cyber crime pornography could have been much more maximal than it used to be.
