Abstract

Thesis entitled "Implementation of Registration of Property Rights through Complete Systematic Land Registration Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency No. 6 of 2018 in Kulon Progo Regency" Land Registration is a very important issue in the UUPA, because land registration is the beginning of the process of the birth of a proof of ownership of land rights. So important is the issue of land registration that the UUPA instructs the government to carry out land registration throughout Indonesia. Systematic Land Registration is a registration that is carried out simultaneously, so that its implementation is easier. To launch the success of these policies, one of them in the land sector is the implementation of a mass certification program or PTSL which is also an acceleration of the development of complete data on land ownership and / or control.This research was conducted to find out the Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration in Kulon Progo Regency, with the formulation of the problem How is the implementation of property rights registration through PTSL according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL in Kulon Progo Regency.The conclusion of this research is that PTSL has been carried out since 2017 and runs well every year and in its implementation it is also in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL.
