Abstract
v ABSTRAK In an era of rapid technological growth, the use of information technology in various sectors, including in the health sector, has become a necessity. Harapan Bunda Hospital (RSHB) Batam is one of them. RSHB Batam initially started its operations using conventional applications, but to meet the requirements for collaboration with BPJS, they developed a new Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). Integration with BPJS involves V-Claim and Antrol, as well as online registration. Implementation of the new SIMRS is crucial when RSHB undergoes the accreditation process. In the accreditation stage, the Accreditation Body recommends adding an online registration feature. This feature will be implemented in 2022 under the name Bunda Mandiri Online Application. To increase the chances of achieving a higher accreditation status, analyzing the system's success is an important step to take. The results of the analysis become the basis for system improvements. So, to determine the level of success of the analysis of the implementation of SIMRS in the future, the success of the online registration system for outpatients at Harapan Bunda Batam Hospital was carried out using the DeLone & McLean model with 71 respondents. From the research results, it was found that of the 9 hypotheses there were 3 hypotheses that were rejected.
