Abstract
A concept of laws about child marriage in early age. To know about a concept of laws about child marriage in early age, and the effect toward the child marriage in early age. Type of the research used in the process of writing is normative legal research. Normative legal research means a legal research by making abstraction in deduction process of the prevailed positive law norm that is description, systematization, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of the positive law, both vertical and horizontal, about the implementation of concept of laws about child marriage in early age. An early age doesn’t same as an age of a child. An early age may be classified into a category of an age of child, however a child’s age may not be sure classified as a category of an early age. Beside that, there is no explicit instruction of the effect of laws from the child marriage of an early age, is that any preventions or cancellations of the marriage, yet it just be said as there will be a divorce.
