Abstract

The enviromental care in principally is a serious problem, either for individual or society in generally.It is unavoiddable, that some enviromental cases happen for the global scope national and national scope. Most of these cases sourced from human behavior. The pollution and destruction can happen on the ground of inpossible human behavior, irrensposible to other person, and look for any profit for their own sake. That which is mean as the necessity holder in this case is the sidewalk pedler. Sidewalk pedler is a group of society that collectively feels the impacts of the decline of enviromental function. However it can be a pollution or destruction of the enviromental. Thus the reserch was conducttedmto comprehend the paticipation of sidewalk peddler in management of enviromental function of Depok subdistrict, Slema Regency, Yogyakarata municipality. From the result of the research conducded that the participation of Depok subdistrict, Slema Regency, Yogyakarata municipality of sidewalk peddler in management of enviromental function includes merely supervision , submit any objection and information lack of information, the medium and freqence of development and the consolidation to the society as well as the vague regullations concerning on protection and management enviromental
