Abstract
Public order is one of the basic principles for society in creating a safe, peaceful and peaceful life. This must be carried out by the government in order to realize public welfare. This research is based on problems related to the number of people who violate Village Regulations regarding peace and public order, especially in Sungai Pukat Village, Kelam Permai District, Sintang Regency. The purpose of this research is to know, analyze and describe design techniques as well as content materials and factors that support and hinder the implementation of Village Regulation Number 2 of 2021 concerning Public Peace and Order in Sungai Pukat Village. This research uses normative legal research methods, where this research focuses on positive legal norms, namely laws and regulations. The results of the research obtained are that the implementation of Village Regulation Number 2 of 2021 concerning Public Peace and Order in Sungai Pukat Village is still not optimal, this is due to the lack of precise techniques and content materials that do not relate to higher regulations. In addition, it is also caused by the lack of participation and low level of awareness of the Sungai Pukat community and obeying the village regulations. Furthermore, the inhibiting factor in implementation lies in the weak socialization and coordination of policy makers.
