Abstract
Narcotics crime is one of the important issues that has become a concern of the Indonesian Government since its challenging to eradicate thoroughly. Therefore, this is a challenge for BNN, which is responsible for handling drug addicts. Researchers use the Empirical Research Method as legal research from facts in society, legal entities, and government institutions. The results show that the implementation of the assessment by the integrated assessment team is still not fully effective in following the desired objectives. This can be seen from the data of narcotics addicts who are still addicts even though an assessment has been carried out with rehabilitation efforts.
