Abstract

This thesis is entiteld “Implementation Of The Conversion Of Agricultural Land Into Non-Agricultural Land For Houses and Shops In Sleman Regency” Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land into non-agricultural land for residence and shop business in Sleman Regency. Agriculture is in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the procedures as intended in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2019 concerning Control of the Conversion of Rice Fields and Sleman Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Sleman Regency Spatial Planning Plan for 2021 - 2041. Obstacles that occur on applicants in this study due to several factors, namely regulatory constraints, system constraints where currently the implementation of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land for residence and shop business is already online-based so this then impacts on application constraints.
