Abstract
The principle of bank secrecy is one of the basic principles that underlies the bank's relationship with customers and it is the bank's obligation to maintain it. The enactment of Law Number 4 of 2023 requires banks to keep their customer data confidential except for things that are excluded in the Law. The writing of the thesis entitled "Qualification of Bank Secret Violation Based on Law Number 4 of 2023 aims to answer the legal issue of whether the presentation of data circulating on social media is suspected that the flow of 303 Consortium funds from the accounts of members of the National Police can qualify as violations of bank secrets or not if reviewed in Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector. This legal research uses juridical normative legal analysis that focuses on secondary data and laws and regulations. The result of the implication of this study is that the act of presenting data circulating on social media is suspected that the flow of funds from 303 Consortiums cannot be qualified as a breach of bank secrets if reviewed in Law Number 4 of 2023.
