Abstract
Predatory pricing is a common thing in business as a business strategy like discount, flash sale, promo code, etc. But in reality not all the business strategy have good intention, therefore Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) as an independent government agency acts according to Law No. 5 1999 as a jury to judge whether a strategy is based on good will or not. This thesis discusses about whether Grab Company with their promo code on Grabfood can be categorized as predatory pricing according to Law No. 5 1999 that regulate about antitrust law in Indonesia. This thesis use normative legal method as a research method and logical thinking to solve the problem. The thesis conclusion is the promo code on Grabfood can’t be categorized as predatory pricing or still can’t be categorized, the reason behind this is predatory pricing use rule of reason principle as the basis, therefore Business Competition Supervisory Comission need acts according to Law No.5 1999, to research whether the promo code is categorized as predatory pricing or not.
