Abstract

This legal research discusses the settlement of fraud in the procurement in the City of Yogyakarta. The problem studied in this legal research is the object of research because many criminal acts of corruption that in the procurement of begin with fraud and don’t have special law for the solution. So the settlement of fraud in the procurement needs to be discussed and studied further. This legal research method uses Empirical legal research which focuses on social facts and behavior directly on the the legal community relating to the settlement of fraud in the procurement in the City of Yogyakarta and from the research method by looking at the background of the problem under study, it can be concluded that the results of this legal research ,is a settlement action based on the law against fraudulent procurement of goods or services in the city of Yogyakarta.
