Abstract
Immigration law is established by the Indonesian government as a manifestation of the implementation of the enforcement of Indonesian sovereignty in order to maintain the orderly life of the nation and state. Provisions in immigration law apply to all people who enter and carry out activities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine how law enforcement for Hungarian Citizens who violate the provisions of immigration law in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, along with the obstacles experienced and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The method used in this research is normative legal research. The results of this study show that law enforcement for Hungarian Citizens by imposing Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 Year 2011 on Immigration. The obstacles experienced during the enforcement of the law are obstacles from the perpetrators who do not understand the provisions of Indonesian immigration law, perpetrators who do not understand English, and the small number of human resources of the Yogyakarta Class I TPI Immigration Office. Solutions made by immigration officers are to strengthen coordination between immigration officers during law enforcement, contact the embassy of the perpetrator's home country to assist the perpetrator in providing information in the law enforcement process and the return of the perpetrator to his home country, and provide translators during the law enforcement process to the perpetrator.
