Abstract

The purpose of writing a law with the title: Overcoming Water Pollution in the Tukad River, Buleleng, Due to Household Waste in Buleleng Regency, Singaraja City. So that the author knows how to overcome household waste pollution in the Tukad River, Buleleng, Buleleng Regency and what are the obstacles in overcoming household waste pollution in the Tukad River, Buleleng, Buleleng Regency. This type of research in legal writing is empirical legal research by conducting direct observations on the Tukad River, Buleleng and linking problems that occur in the field with normative regulations. In writing this law, primary data was used consisting of a number of direct interviews with resource persons who are experts in their fields, consisting of the Head of the Environmental Service, the Traditional Head of Buleleng and Residents of Kampung Baru, Buleleng, Bali. This research also used respondents, namely the community around the Tukad River, Buleleng. The research location is in Kampung Baru Village, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The research results show that preventing water pollution in the Tukad Buleleng River is by regularly cleaning the river and experiencing obstacles in overcoming river water pollution due to lack of awareness from the surrounding community. and public ignorance of environmental aspects.
