Abstract
The title of this legal research is production sharing agreement between land owners and cultivation in Tabanan Regency. The aim of the research related to this title is to find out the rice production sharing agreement is implemented between land owners and cultivation. The research method used is empirical legal research, namely research conducted with a research focus on community behavior. The results show that rice plant production sharing agreements between land owners and cultivation in Tabanan Regency are generally made verbally by the land owner and cultivation themselves without requiring witnesses and are not carried out in the presence of the local village headman.
