Abstract

This research is about the implementation of Land Acquisition for the construction of the Joglo Solo Underpass in Nusukan Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City. This research was conducted to find out the implementation of Land Acquisition for Underpass Development in Joglo Solo whether it is in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development for the Public Interest, especially on the provision of compensation to parties entitled to the object of land acquisition. The research method carried out in this thesis is qualitative. Based on the results of the research, the stages of Land Acquisition in the Joglo Solo Underpass in Nusukan Village, Banjarsari Subdistrict, Surakarta City are not fully compliant, that at the stage of compensation assessment there are disagreements with the compensation assessment, while the stages of land acquisition other than compensation are in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development for the Public Interest.
