Abstract

Waste is something that is inevitable in carrying out daily activities, but waste can also be an impact of environmental pollution if not managed properly. Therefore, several problems arise due to piles of garbage that are not handled properly. This research uses an empirical legal research method conducted through interviews with related parties. The result is that the environmental agency has tried its duties and functions well, but there are obstacles that result in these efforts not being maximized because there is still a lack of synergy between related parties and costs in its implementation.
